CUDO Communication Certified as a Best HRD Organization
CUDO Communications (CEO Kim Yong-sik) announced on the 19th that it obtained Best HRD certification at the “2025 Certification Ceremony for Excellent Human Resource Development” held on the 16th. The certification was granted in recognition of the company’s people-centered growth culture and systematic HRM and HRD strategies across △ recruitment, placement, and performance management △ education, training, and competency development △ organizational culture and management philosophy. With this, the company has established itself as an excellent organization in human resource development recognized by the government.
Celebrating its 25th anniversary, CUDO Communications has been pursuing continuous HR innovation based on its core values of honesty, challenge, and passion, under the vision of a “better future created by happy people.” In 2023, the company launched the Competency Growth Committee and presented a future-oriented HR strategy through a company-wide vision declaration. By operating △ the six core habits △ AI practical training △ and the “Happiness Delivery” welfare program centered on the in-house learning platform Cudo Knowledge Bank (LMS), where employees autonomously share and spread knowledge, the company has strengthened capabilities and improved its organizational culture.
In 2024, CUDO Communications also developed the vision, mission, and core values of its seven business units and two management divisions through the Business Department Vision Workshop, establishing mid- to long-term three-year goals aligned with the company’s overall vision. This was followed by a Management Planning Workshop, where business leaders discussed annual implementation strategies and reinforced collaboration toward achieving organizational goals.
To support employee growth, CUDO Communications has operated programs such as Seungjin Education and Leadership Performance Management Training. In particular, the newly introduced 1-on-1 Meeting system has evolved into a meaningful communication process that promotes individual growth and motivation—beyond simple performance evaluation. With these people-centered HR policies, the company has also earned certifications as a family-friendly company and a youth-friendly small and medium-sized enterprise, reflecting an organizational culture that values learning, growth, and a healthy work environment.
“Best HRD certification is an achievement made possible by all employees who have embodied our people-centered management philosophy,” said Kim Yong-sik, CEO of CUDO Communications. “We will continue working to realize a better future where people and technology grow together, based on the belief that the growth of our members is the growth of the company.”
