xiilab Signs Strategic Partnership with BioSupport to Develop AI Platform for Bio-Pharmaceutical Manufacturing
xiilab (Co-CEOs Yoon Se-hyuk and Chae Jung-hwan) announced on the 23rd that it has signed a strategic business agreement (MOU) with BioSupport (CEO Kim Kyung-min), a company specializing in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) quality management and validation consulting.
The agreement aims to jointly develop AI platforms specialized for the bio and pharmaceutical industries and to promote AI-based GMP innovation projects by combining xiilab’s AI image analysis technology with BioSupport’s GMP quality system consulting expertise.
Under the agreement, the two companies plan to jointly develop an integrated platform that merges BioSupport’s GMP design and validation technology with xiilab’s AI hygiene and quality management solution “XAIVA ON-DEVICE.” The platform will enable real-time detection and analysis of hygiene compliance and quality anomalies among workers in bio-pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.
At the same time, BioSupport will serve as an official reseller of XAIVA ON-DEVICE, actively supporting sales and validation efforts for pharmaceutical and bio companies. Through this partnership, the companies aim to expand their presence in the AI-based smart GMP market.
Powered by its proprietary Vision-Language Model (VLM) and multimodal AI technology, xiilab is automating quality control processes in manufacturing environments, significantly improving operational efficiency. Its XAIVA ON-DEVICE solution, developed for the bio and food hygiene industries, is already gaining recognition as an advanced reference in the field.
