xiilab (CEO Yoon Se-hyuk and Chae Jung-hwan), a Vision AI company, announced on the 20th that it will participate in the PLM/DX Best Practice Conference 2025 held at COEX to introduce digital twin solutions for digital innovation in the manufacturing industry.

This conference is a venue to share best practices in product lifecycle management (PLM) using digital twins and generative AI in a rapidly changing manufacturing environment driven by artificial intelligence (AI) and digital transformation (DX).

Kim Gun-woo, Manager at xiilab, gave a presentation on the theme of “Realizing Digital Twin Business Using NVIDIA Omniverse.” He highlighted practical limitations of industrial applications, such as data integration and the lack of real-time performance in existing digital twin solutions, and introduced xiilab’s solutions and specific application cases to overcome these challenges.

At the on-site booth, examples of Omniverse-based digital twin construction and core technologies were showcased. xiilab’s proprietary technologies—including high-quality 3D simulations, synthetic data automatic generation, and real-time data-driven prediction and visualization—were directly accessible.

Using NVIDIA Omniverse, xiilab has built a solution that links large-scale datasets with digital twin integrated environments across various industries in real time. This enables simulation of environments similar to actual production sites and supports efficient process optimization and decision-making without repeated field tests.

In particular, it has significantly improved the efficiency of manufacturing and logistics processes through technologies such as optimizing the movement paths of autonomous mobile robots (AMRs).

“As the digital transformation of the manufacturing industry accelerates, the importance of digital twin technology is increasing,” said Yoon Se-hyuk, CEO of xiilab. “xiilab will drive AI innovation in the domestic manufacturing industry by combining Vision AI technology with virtual environment simulation technology to implement physical AI.”
