Xiilab Obtains KC Radio Wave Compliance Certification for XAIVA ON-DEVICE
AI Video Analysis Enables Automatic On-Site GMP Inspections... Accelerating Domestic and International Expansion
[Seoul Economic TV = Intern Reporter Kim Soo-yoon] Vision AI specialist Xiilab announced on the 7th that its latest Vision AI solution, XAIVA ON-DEVICE, has obtained KC Radio Wave Compatibility Certification and will begin full-scale sales.
KC Radio Certification is a mandatory requirement for the distribution of electronic devices, comprehensively evaluating compliance with radio compatibility, safety, and quality standards. Xiilab explained that the product has been officially proven to be harmless to humans and safe for use after passing all standards at the Radio Testing and Certification Center.
XAIVA ON-DEVICE is an AI-based hygiene and quality management solution for industrial sites subject to bio and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) regulations. It utilizes AI object detection and tracking technology to automatically check whether workers are wearing hygiene suits and to monitor object movements within one second. With over 99% accuracy, it significantly improves the objectivity and reliability of inspections compared to manual methods.
The solution is based on a GPU device installed in a kiosk and Xiilab’s AI model lightweighting technology, enabling real-time AI video analysis without the need for a separate system. It provides high-performance analysis even in low-spec GPU environments, significantly reducing customers’ initial adoption costs and operational burdens. In addition, it automatically generates standard reports compliant with GMP standards and enhances on-site audit response capabilities by preventing the risk of document forgery or omission through an electronic signature function.
Xiilab plans to launch various promotions targeting bio and food manufacturing companies to accelerate product adoption. Additionally, the company will exhibit the solution at the 2025 International AI Expo (AI EXPO KOREA) scheduled for May and will accelerate global expansion through partnerships with XPN (XAIVA Partner Network) affiliate companies.
