ThinkforBL to Aggressively Target Global Market with AI Reliability Verification
As AI reliability verification emerges as a key issue in the global industry, ThinkforBL has begun to expand its domestic and international markets based on its proprietary technology. ThinkforBL unveiled its data bias analysis tool, ‘Re:In,’ at the 3rd regular meeting of the Korea Software Testing Association held on the 16th, and presented its growth strategy and future vision centered on AI reliability verification.
ThinkforBL unveiled ‘Re:In’ based on its independently developed ‘Data Balance’ technology. This technology is a methodology for objectively and systematically detecting and verifying data bias issues that may arise in AI systems, with a total of seven sub-techniques adopted as group standards by the Korea Information and Communications Technology Association (TTA). Additionally, the company has proven its technological capabilities by registering eight patents, filing four patent applications, and publishing four papers in SCI(E)-level international academic journals.
At the event, ThinkforBL CEO Park Ji-hwan emphasized, “AI is no longer the subject of testing, but rather the subject of control and supervision,” adding, “AI reliability verification will become the new center of the future testing market.” He went on to say, “ThinkforBL will actively share its knowledge and experience in AI reliability verification to contribute to enhancing the future competitiveness of the domestic and international AI industry,” expressing his ambition to grow into a global leader.
ThinkforBL is conducting AI reliability verification consulting and professional training programs centered on ‘Re:In.’ Since 2021, it has been operating an AI reliability expert training program and produced all volumes of the Ministry of Science and ICT's “Guide to Developing Trustworthy Artificial Intelligence” in 2022–2023. In addition, it has expanded its presence through various activities, such as producing AI procurement guidelines for the public sector, establishing an AI weapon system evaluation system for the defense sector, and developing and consulting on the AI reliability maturity assessment model ‘TAMMI.’
In addition, it has provided support to strengthen AI reliability capabilities in the public sector, including the Jeonbuk Provincial Office, Gwangju Metropolitan Council, and Gyeongsangnam-do Provincial Office. In particular, the company's AI reliability verification-related technology, education, and consulting fields have recently attracted attention overseas, and last year alone, it explored cooperation with Thailand, Vietnam, and China.
The company is also actively pursuing overseas market expansion. It is exploring collaboration opportunities related to AI reliability, focusing on Asian markets such as Thailand, Vietnam, and China, and is actively developing business initiatives to establish new global standards in the verification industry.
ThinkforBL plans to launch future-oriented QA (quality assurance) services by expanding its SaaS-based platform and establishing a cloud-optimized automation system, and will use this as a foundation to strengthen its global market penetration and business expansion efforts.
