IntelliVix provides free industrial safety AI solutions to SMEs
IntelliVix (CEO Choi Eun-soo and Jang Jeong-hoon), a company specializing in generative vision AI, announced on the 18th that it is providing free installation support through the “Clean Workplace Creation Project” so that small and medium-sized enterprises and small businesses can introduce industrial safety AI solutions with government subsidies.
The “Clean Workplace Creation Project” is a government subsidy program operated by the Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency under the Ministry of Employment and Labor for small businesses that have difficulty ensuring worker safety. Eligible entities include workplaces with fewer than 50 employees enrolled in workers' compensation insurance, general workplaces below the small business standard, construction sites with project costs under 50 billion won, and industrial complexes. These entities can receive up to 30 million won in support for the costs of introducing smart safety equipment.
IntelliVix is registered as a supplier of smart safety equipment for this program and provides consulting services for workplace safety equipment introduction to entities interested in adopting the solutions.
IntelliVix's industrial safety AI solution is a system that analyzes workers' safety conditions through video analysis in construction sites, manufacturing plants, and other environments to detect hazardous situations in real time. ▲Emergency situations such as workers falling, running urgently, or sending SOS signals ▲Cases where safety equipment such as helmets and vests are not worn ▲Unauthorized entry into dangerous areas ▲Collision risks between heavy equipment and workers are automatically detected, immediately notified to managers, and automatically recorded in a control log.
In fact, several small and medium-sized enterprises have already adopted IntelliVix's industrial safety AI through this program in 2024, and many more companies are showing interest and expressing their intention to participate this year. Applications for this program are accepted three times a year by category. The second round of applications will be accepted until April 20, and the third round will be announced on the Occupational Safety and Health Agency's website in June. The schedule and application methods can be found on the agency's website.
An IntelliVix representative stated, “The smaller the workplace, the greater the damage in the event of an accident, so we hope that this opportunity will enable companies to receive government support and build a smart safety environment.” They added, “Workplaces interested in adopting the system can receive consultation and participation guidance through the IntelliVix website.”
