Xiilab announced on the 25th that it participated in the "2025 AWS Partner Cloud Solution Conference" for manufacturing clients, where it presented case studies on AI automation and cloud transition tailored for the manufacturing industry.
The conference, held at Lotte Hotel Seoul, is a large-scale
annual IT event that attracts over 1,000 professionals from the manufacturing
industry. It serves as a platform for AWS partners to share their expertise,
experience, and cutting-edge cloud technologies, along with real-world
implementation cases, supporting digital transformation and productivity
enhancement in the manufacturing sector.
At the event, Xiilab presented use cases of AI automation
and cloud transition using its Vision AI solutions, introducing strategies for
leveraging Vision Language Model (VLM) technology to enhance system operational
efficiency and improve analytical accuracy within the manufacturing sector.
Xiilab emphasized that operating AI analytics models on the
AWS cloud can maximize benefits such as quality improvement, operational
optimization, and cost reduction. The company also proposed a strategy that
combines Vision AI models with digital twin technology to enhance automation on
the manufacturing floor and facilitate the implementation of more efficient
smart factories.
Alongside its session presentation, Xiilab unveiled its new
product, ‘XAIVA On-Device,’ at its exhibition booth, XAIVA On-Device is an AI-based
automated hygiene management solution designed for the biotech and GMP (Good
Manufacturing Practice) industries. Equipped with an on-device AI model in the
form of a mobile kiosk, it enables on-site managers to quickly verify proper
gowning compliance and monitor personnel movement within clean zones.
Notably, by leveraging AI-based object detection and
tracking technologies, the system can automatically inspect fine details—such
as hair and facial hair—within a second, significantly streamlining existing
workflows and improving operational efficiency. Additionally, with a
lightweight AI model embedded, it maintains optimal performance even in
constrained environments, enabling cost-effective yet highly productive
AI-driven solutions in industries such as biotech and semiconductors.
Woo Young Lee, CEO of Xiilab, stated, “Based on our
collaboration with AWS, we will continue to enhance automation across various
industries through our Vision AI solutions and help more customers experience
AI-driven factory innovation.”
