control solution designed to support GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)
certification management in the bio and food hygiene industries.
‘XAIVA-On-Device’ is a solution that leverages cutting-edge vision AI technology to address quality control issues that may arise in manufacturing sites in real-time
This product analyzes in real time
whether on-site experts in clean zones
are wearing sanitary clothing, as well as object movements and abnormal behaviors, ensuring strict compliance with GMP regulations.
In particular, it completes facial
and full-body inspections within one second and immediately notifies managers upon detecting any GMP violations, enabling a rapid response.
Xiilab has applied its AI model optimization technology to this solution,
ensuring high performance and cost efficiency even in low-spec hardware
environments. Designed as a portable kiosk, it offers the advantage of flexible
installation and mobility, allowing it to adapt to various on-site
environments.
XAIVA-On-Device
automatically generates standard reports in compliance with GMP regulations
based on the analyzed results, significantly enhancing managerial efficiency.
Compared to traditional manual inspections relying on human labor, it boasts an
accuracy rate of over 99%, achieving major improvements in reliability and
precision.

model that has been fully trained on GMP regulations, making it a key solution
for dramatically enhancing quality and safety in manufacturing sites.” He added,
