SuperbAI Unveils Vision Control Agent with Minimal Pre-Training

Superb AI (CEO Kim Hyun-soo), a company specializing in vision artificial intelligence (AI), participated in the 2025 Smart Factory–Automation Industry Exhibition held at COEX in Seoul from June 12 to 14. At the event, the company unveiled a pipeline that enables the rapid deployment of image-based control AI agents, powered by its proprietary Vision Foundation Model technology.

The key advantage of this solution lies in its ability to minimize the need for pre-training by supplementing insufficient training data with synthetic datasets. As a result, AI can be quickly integrated into field systems with minimal setup time.

The system allows users to create a digital twin of the entire site using only 2D cameras, eliminating the need for 3D or LiDAR technology. By tracking location coordinates in real time, it can immediately detect process errors or violations of safety protocols, such as improper clothing or unsafe behavior.

To support efficient site management and supervision, a dashboard-style user interface (UI) is provided, allowing administrators to monitor real-time conditions with a single click.

One of the standout features is the platform’s quick setup time, with initial deployment taking as little as two weeks on average. It also supports integrated services such as system distribution, operation, and control. Additionally, the platform enables real-time performance verification and seamless updates.

The company estimates that introducing its AI solution could result in cost savings of over 9 billion KRW across the entire process. A Superb AI representative stated, “Visitors and industry professionals showed the most interest in our Vision Foundation Model.”

He added, “In particular, we received many inquiries about how our AI can be deployed without pre-training and how 3D digital twins can be generated without high-end equipment.”
