Vision AI specialist Intellivix (CEO Eun Soo Choi and CEO Jung Hoon Jang) will unveil Korea’s first generative AI-based safety monitoring system, ‘Gen AMS,’ at the security expo ‘SECON’ on March 19 at KINTEX in Ilsan, South Korea.
In January at 'CES 2025,' a demo video of Gen AMS was showcased. The official domestic launch is scheduled for June.
Gen AMS integrates generative AI into Intellivix's video monitoring system, enabling not only real-time safety monitoring but also automated log documentation and real-time reporting to administrators.
Notably, when an anomaly is
detected, it can send alerts with text descriptions of the potential threat.
The analyzed video data can later be used as statistical reference material for
establishing safety monitoring measures.
Intellivix stated that it has optimized its AI model using a large-scale training dataset, including 500 million objects and 50 million images, accumulated through the operation of its AI safety monitoring platform. The company emphasized that its Vision-Language Model (VLM) enables quick retrieval of incident scenes using natural language, and AI-powered real-time monitoring ensures 24/7 safety surveillance.
Through this, Intellivix plans to expand its business scope from safety monitoring to defense AI.
CEO Eun Soo Choi stated, “AI can be utilized for surveillance along the GOP barbed-wire fence and coastal boundaries. Once sufficient data is accumulated, it could evolve into a defense AI solution capable of assisting commanders in making decisions during combat.”
