Virnect and Naver Sign MOU for 'Saudi Digital Ecosystem Expansion'

VIRNECT Co., Ltd. (CEO TaeJin Ha) announced on the 10th(local time) that it signed a multilateral Memorandum of Understanding(MOU) with NAVER(035420), the Korea Internet & Security Agency (KISA), and other partners at LEAP 2025 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia to promote the expansion of the Saudi digital ecosystem.

Through this agreement, Virnect aims to explore Saudi Arabia's digital transformation opportunities by leveraging its AI and XR (Artificial Intelligence and Extended Reality) solutions. The company will also discuss future collaboration strategies, particularly in areas such as Digital Twin and Smart City development. Additionally, Virnect plans to expand cooperation with local companies and institutions to support digital innovation across various industries.

Saudi Arabia is a rapidly advancing market in digital innovation, particularly in smart cities, infrastructure digitalization, and industrial automation. Through this agreement, Virnect will work closely with NAVER to contribute to the digitalization of Saudi industries and explore potential roles in the country's transformation efforts.
