Miso Information Technology to Debut Domain-Specific AI Agents for Healthcare, Construction, and Manufacturing
Miso Information Technology, a specialist in multimodal data platforms, is set to unveil a suite of domain-specific AI agents at the upcoming AI EXPO KOREA 2026 in May. The launch marks the culmination of 20 years of data expertise, transitioning from general-purpose AI to "Actionable AI" tailored for high-stakes industrial environments.
The company announced on Monday that it will showcase its core orchestration and data platforms at COEX, Seoul, from May 6 to 8. Through live demonstrations, Miso IT aims to prove the real-world efficacy of its solutions in automating complex decision-making processes across diverse sectors.
A Unified Ecosystem for "Actionable AI"
The exhibition will center on four flagship platforms that form an end-to-end AI data lifecycle:
VIIX (Next-Gen AI OCR): Beyond simple character recognition, VIIX combines Vision AI with Large Language Models (LLM) to understand the structure and context of unstructured data. It is specifically optimized for technical documents in semiconductors, construction, and hospital records.
ACTIC (AI Orchestration): Designed for non-technical field workers, this platform allows AI to plan, reason, and execute complex workflows, effectively lowering the barrier to entry for workplace automation.
DAXI (Intelligent Manufacturing): A Domain-Specific Language (DSL) based platform that monitors "4M" (Man, Machine, Material, Method) variables in real-time. It enables AI-driven task design on factory floors without requiring traditional programming.
SMART BIG (Multimodal Data Platform): A private cloud-based foundation that integrates the collection, storage, and processing of multimodal big data, serving as the "data engine" for VIIX, ACTIC, and DAXI.
Data as the Strategic Moat
While the global AI race often focuses on algorithmic superiority, Miso IT is positioning multimodal data integration as its primary competitive advantage. The company’s strategy reflects a broader market shift toward Private AI—where security and domain accuracy outweigh the scale of public models.
"The core of AI competitiveness lies not in the algorithm, but in the data," said Nam Sang-do, CEO of Miso Information Technology. "By leveraging two decades of domain expertise, we are implementing AI that doesn't just predict, but acts. AI EXPO 2026 will be our springboard to becoming a global leader in the AI data platform market."
Proven Market Credibility
Miso IT enters the expo with a formidable track record, holding the highest "AAA" rating in technical business feasibility and "AI Factory Specialist" certification. Its client roster includes industry giants such as Samsung Electronics, Hyundai Steel, and Lotte Engineering & Construction, as well as major medical institutions like Yonsei University Health System.
