Cudo Communication Named ‘NIPA Excellent Partner’ and ‘NIA AI Ethics Compliant Company’
Cudo Communications (CEO Kim Yong-sik), a company specializing in artificial intelligence (AI) security solutions, has been simultaneously selected as a “2025 Excellent Partner Company” by the National Information and Communication Industry Promotion Agency (NIPA) and as an “AI Ethics Compliance Company” by the National Intelligence Agency (NIA). This recognition is granted only to companies that meet standards across technology, safety, and ethics, drawing attention as a representative example within the domestic AI industry.
Cudo Communications maintained zero cases of personal information violations throughout its participation in a regulatory sandbox project, demonstrating a high level of information security and physical security management. The company was also selected as a NIPA Excellent Partner Company this year in recognition of the scalability and public value of its project outcomes, which led to additional cooperation requests from 17 local governments.
In addition, Cudo Communications has positioned AI ethics as a core management principle and has strengthened standards related to ethics, transparency, and accountability across all stages of AI development and operation. Its selection as an NIA AI Ethics Compliance Company reflects recognition of the company’s efforts to reinforce ethical practices, enhance transparency in AI business operations, and internalize AI ethics capabilities at the organizational level. Through these efforts, the company has further established its position as a responsible AI technology provider in the public information and communications sector.
An official from Cudo Communications stated, “Being selected as both a NIPA Excellent Partner Company and an NIA AI Ethics Compliance Company reflects recognition of our commitment to developing safe and reliable AI technologies. We will continue to strengthen our technology development and ethical governance framework to support the responsible use of AI in both the public and private sectors.”
