CUDO COMMUNICATION has completed the installation of a video information display system in the situation room of the Korea Expressway Corporation’s Transportation Center.
CUDO COMMUNICATION (CEO Kim Yong-sik), a company specializing in artificial intelligence (AI) security solutions, announced on the 27th that it has successfully completed the construction of an LED display–based video information system in the situation room of the Korea Expressway Corporation’s Transportation Center.
Established in 1992, the Transportation Center manages 4,700 kilometers of expressways and 5,800 CCTVs nationwide. Its situation room, which operates 24/7 year-round, recently underwent a system upgrade to respond to rapidly changing traffic volume and operational environments. The remodeling project was completed on the 2nd.
The project focused on improving the accuracy and speed of information delivery and strengthening integrated response capabilities. The newly installed LED display system measures 18 meters in width and 6 meters in height, with a total of 110.59 million pixels, making it one of Korea’s largest high-resolution, high-brightness displays. The system enables operators to intuitively monitor traffic volume, traffic flow, incident alerts, and weather information, enhancing real-time control efficiency and response speed.
CUDO COMMUNICATION’s video information display also supports a multi-channel operation environment capable of simultaneously delivering CCTV footage, emergency alerts, and public broadcasting content. This expanded functionality has strengthened information delivery and response in the situation room and is considered a practical contribution to improving safety infrastructure.
