CUDO COMMUNICATION Strengthens AI Capabilities Across All Employees, Accelerates Digital Transformation
CUDO COMMUNICATION (CEO Kim Yong-sik) announced on the 21st that it is accelerating digital innovation across the company through organization-wide artificial intelligence (AI) practical training.
Since June, the company has been conducting the AI Practical Competency Training program, which was initiated by the Competency Growth Committee established following the 2023 Vision Declaration Ceremony. Under the slogan “AI utilization is not an option, but survival,” more than 130 executives and employees from seven business divisions and two management departments participated in a total of 12 sessions.
The curriculum focused on eight of the latest Generative AI tools, including ChatGPT, Gemini, and Genspark. The program went beyond simple functional explanations and applied real work scenarios such as organizing meeting minutes, writing business trip reports, and reviewing contracts. Through these exercises, employees were able to directly apply AI in their daily tasks and experience tangible improvements in efficiency.
For employees who had difficulty participating in real-time sessions due to on-site duties, such as field staff, training materials and AI usage tips were uploaded to the company’s internal learning platform for sharing. This enabled CUDO COMMUNICATION to build a system that promotes the spread of AI education and continuous knowledge sharing across the organization.
Employees who took part in the training commented that AI has become an essential skill rather than an option. One participant noted, “Through this hands-on training, we experienced more than a 200% improvement in work efficiency.” The company expects that this initiative will drive work innovation within each department, in addition to strengthening individual competencies.
