B2EN and Virnect Join Hands to Launch Generative AI Platform Construction Project
- MOU for Joint Research and Cooperation on Digital Twin-Based AI Solutions
- Contributing to the Development of the Domestic Data Industry through Comprehensive Collaboration between the Two Companies
AI and big data specialist B2EN announced on the 14th that it has partnered with Virnect to embark on a generative AI data construction project.
On the 11th, B2EN signed an MOU with Virnect at Virnect’s office in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, to conduct joint research and cooperation on generative AI technology.
The agreement aims to contribute to the development of the domestic data industry through the two companies’ digital twin (virtual model)-based AI solutions, large language models (LLM), and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) platforms. The main goal is to create new value by combining B2EN’s data technology and experience with Virnect’s industrial XR (extended reality) solutions.
Virnect is a smart work solution specialist that helps significantly improve efficiency and safety in industrial sites by leveraging XR technology. With comprehensive technical capabilities in augmented reality (AR), virtual reality (VR), and mixed reality (MR), the company provides practical improvements to work environments across various industries—including manufacturing, construction, and plants—through remote collaboration, safety training, and maintenance.
Ha Tae-jin, CEO of Virnect, said, “We will provide full support for business collaboration based on B2EN’s AI and data technology capabilities. Through this agreement, we will do our best to create synergy in the data business field, including digital and AI transformation, construction, and operation services.”
Since its establishment in 2004, B2EN has focused on data consulting and solutions. Based on its capabilities covering the entire cycle from data collection to analysis, visualization, and governance, it provides customized services to customers in various sectors, including public, finance, and manufacturing.
Lee Chang-hyun, CEO of B2EN, said, “By combining the two companies’ data-based immersive technology and generative AI, we will deliver value not only in industrial fields but also in a wide range of other areas. We will work together to achieve tangible results through continuous exchange and cooperation.”
Meanwhile, B2EN is collaborating with Virnect to enhance the RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) solution ‘Hyper Glory.’ The company also plans to actively prepare joint proposals for procurement and R&D projects in the defense and public sectors.
